Are you looking for an opportunity to work as part of a growing Digital Marketing team bringing clients' content and marketing strategies to life?

We’re looking for a new Digital Marketing Assistant to join us. Marketing skills, knowledge and/or experience are required, and you must be passionate about all things digital.

Here at brandformula, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Digital Marketing department for a Digital Marketing Assistant to work across our industry‑known financial services brands. This role will be responsible for supporting the wider Digital Marketing function, creating content for campaigns as well as daily digital comms, and reviewing analytics to help make innovative recommendations and suggestions.

The type of work you can expect to work on includes:

• Reporting into our Head of Digital, working closely with the Digital Marketing team, Account Managers, the creative team, the wider agency and suppliers to deliver client retainer activity and campaigns.
• Drafting, optimising, publishing, and scheduling content for clients’ social media channels and websites.
• Uploading content to clients’ websites using their content management systems.
• Supporting email campaigns for clients.
• Measuring and reporting on the success of digital marketing activity and campaigns against KPIs.
• Support on all of the above for our own digital marketing.
• Regularly liaising with clients in meetings and phone calls.
• Support the team in building and promoting the presence of the department, both internally and externally.

We are looking for:

• At least 1 year’s experience within a similar role or completed degree study in marketing or a related subject.
• A passion for digital marketing and awareness of digital marketing channels.
• Experience of drafting and scheduling social posts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some experience using an online CMS to manage website content.
• Organised and practical, able to work on multiple projects and manage own time accordingly.
• Agency and/or financial services experience.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
