Social Media Manager with Czech Language (all genders)

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Social Media Teamlead in creating, planning, managing, and improving zooplus' social media strategy across all channels. Develop engaging content and high-level campaigns for global execution.
  2. Implement and manage a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy. Identify opportunities, execute campaigns, negotiate contracts, and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers.
  3. Monitor social media trends and technical developments to maintain zooplus' industry-leading position in online marketing. Create inspiring content that reflects business goals in collaboration with various teams.
  4. Produce thorough monthly reports on social media and influencer marketing performance. Monitor KPIs and brand reputation across all channels, ensuring brand consistency in copy, tone, and terminology.
  5. Actively steer Own Brand/Supplier bookings and support the teamlead in improving channel execution. Drive the team competence cluster for Meta/Pinterest/TikTok to develop and enhance channel strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years' experience in Social Media, Communications or Online/Influencer Marketing, including TikTok
  2. Strong sense for Social Media & Influencer Content and Online Storytelling, with excellent analytical skills
  3. Proven experience creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
  4. Proficiency in social media platforms and multi-social posting programs
  5. Clear communication skills, team-oriented working style, and ability to find creative solutions
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of trends in Online Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and E-Commerce
  7. Fluency in English and Czech at native level
