Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with Czech language skills to join our team in London. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the Social Media Teamlead in creating, planning, managing, and improving zooplus' social media strategy across all channels.
2. Developing engaging content and high-level campaigns for global execution.
3. Implementing and managing influencer marketing strategies, including identifying opportunities, executing campaigns, negotiating contracts, and nurturing long-term relationships with influencers.
4. Monitoring social media trends and technological developments to keep zooplus at the forefront of online marketing.
5. Creating monthly reports on social media and influencer marketing performance, monitoring KPIs and brand reputation, and ensuring brand consistency.
6. Driving bookings for Own Brand/Suppliers and supporting channel strategy development for Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years' experience in Social Media, Communications, or Online/Influencer Marketing, including TikTok.
2. Strong sense for social media and influencer content, online storytelling, and analytical skills.
3. Proven experience creating engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
4. Proficiency in social media platforms and multi-social posting tools.
5. Excellent communication skills, team-oriented approach, and creative problem-solving abilities.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of trends in online marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
7. Fluency in English and Czech at native level.
