Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in London is recruiting a Social Media Manager to own social media strategy across brands, combining storytelling with lead generation. The role covers paid and organic activities, requiring strong data-driven decision making and performance optimization.

You will report to senior leadership and travel between London locations to capture content and support social activity, delivering content calendars and insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Media Manager, Paid Social Manager or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience running LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
• Proven success delivering lead generation, CPL and ROI improvements.
• Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion optimisation.
• Strong understanding of paid and organic social strategies.
• Excellent content planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience reporting on campaign performance and social media effectiveness.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and commercial growth.

You'll oversee both paid and organic social activity, ensuring campaigns are optimised for performance while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong social media expertise with a commercial, performance-focused mindset.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Media Manager, Paid Social Manager or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience running LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
