Sprinkle of Happiness Wellness Centre was established in April 2025 with a simple yet powerful belief: that everyone deserves access to resources that support their mental well-being. Located in the heart of Southall, our centre serves as a community hub where holistic wellness and creative exploration come together to foster happiness and resilience.

Our approach is unique in that we don’t view mental well-being as simply the absence of distress, but rather as the presence of positive emotions, meaningful engagement, and a sense of purpose. Role Description

This is an internship role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and implementing content strategies, writing and curating posts, and optimizing social media presence. The role involves tracking and analyzing performance metrics, engaging with the audience, and staying updated with social media trends. This is a hybrid role based in Greater London, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Knowledge of social media platforms and performance metrics analysis
• Creative thinking and ability to engage with audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
