Location: London (Hybrid – 2 Days a Week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Paid Media team and help shape the agency’s future success.

• Lead and deliver full-funnel Paid Media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and GDN.
• Be hands-on across the full 360 campaign cycle – from strategy and planning to activation, optimisation, reporting, and client management.
• Manage monthly budgets ranging from £20k-£50k across 4-5 B2B clients at once.
• Regularly liaise with senior stakeholders from global businesses in sectors including construction, finance, and professional services.
• Support and mentor junior team members as the team scales, with a clear path to future leadership.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media, ideally within a B2B or digital agency setting.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, GDN, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tagging.
• Excellent communication skills and confident client-facing presence.
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running and manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
