Emma is seeking a creative individual with strong experience in content creation and community management. You'll design engaging content for our social media channels and actively interact with our audience to build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup and must be comfortable featuring in social media videos. This is a full-time role based in London, so please apply only if you're available to work onsite.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative individual who finds motivation in helping others, has a keen interest in social media, and thrives in fostering a strong and engaged community.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Be the face of Emma featuring on social content.
• Actively interact with our community of investors and customers, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to build meaningful relationships and ensure a positive brand presence.
• Work closely with the wider marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight our brand values, the journey of our community, and the unique features of our products.
• Gather feedback and insights from the community to help inform marketing strategies and product improvements.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
• Be comfortable featuring in social media videos for Emma's channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma.
• Passion for fintech and an understanding of Emma’s mission.
• You are excited by what we’re building at Emma.
