Job summary

Emma Technologies LTD. is seeking a full-time Growth Marketing professional to drive the organic growth of the Emma app. You will own SEO, ASO, lifecycle marketing, CRM campaigns, and content across the blog and website, while shaping Emma’s voice and brand presence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in growth marketing, fintech or high-growth startups, with hands-on experience growing a user base and strong writing skills. This role is on-site in London with clear progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of growth marketing experience, fintech or high-growth startup preferred.
• Proven ability to grow a user base organically for an app or product.
• Strong writing and content creation skills with portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing across Emma, including SEO, ASO, Lifecycle, CRM, and content (blog, website).
• Conduct technical audits to improve SEO and ASO visibility.
• Manage and execute CRM campaigns for monthly updates and engagement.
• Oversee website updates and optimize content and UX.
• Develop blog posts and careers content to attract users and talent.
• Manage PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility.
• Maintain brand assets and supporting decks for affiliates.

About the role

This is a full stack marketing role focusing on the organic growth of Emma.

Responsibilities:

• Own growth marketing across Emma including SEO, ASO, Lifecycle, CRM, Content (Blog, Website), Product Launches.
• Conducting technical audits to improve SEO and ASO visibility.
• Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement.
• Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience.
• Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent.
• Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility.
• Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations.

Who we are looking for:

2+ years of experience growth marketing roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company.

• Hands on experience organically growing a user base for an app or similar product.
• Experience with technical SEO/ASO.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns.
• Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
• Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially.
• A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication.
• Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels.

Bonus points if you have one of the following:

• Deep knowledge oftechnical SEO, including structured data, keyword strategy, and content optimization
• Experience withPR or communications, such as writing press releases, pitching to media, or supporting thought leadership
• Strong track record inemail marketing or CRM, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and A/B testing
