Job summary

Emma is seeking a partnerships-focused professional to join our team in London. You will drive outbound partnerships, scale the affiliate program, and build a robust pipeline of partners to acquire more customers for Emma's financial wellbeing app.

You will design campaigns, track performance, and work with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. The role requires 2+ years in partnerships or sales with high outbound activity, experience entering new markets, onboarding

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnership/sales with high outbound volume
• Experience opening new markets and forming partnerships
• Experience mapping key decision makers in orgs
• Experience onboarding affiliates and managing relationships
• Go-getter mindset and proactive communicator
• Strong understanding of digital data analytics

• Be the outbound face of Emma, creating partnerships across affiliates and B2B organisations
• Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with organisations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities
• Design promotional campaigns with the aim of acquiring more customers
• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app
• Ensure tracking, analysis and reporting of partnership activity
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure aligned brand messages across channels

Responsibilities

About the role

• Be the outbound face of Emma creating partnerships across affiliates and B2B organisations.
• Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities.
• Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customers.
• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Work with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales with a large volume of outbounds in your role.
• Experience opening up and maintaining relationships in a new market.
• Experience of marketing mapping key individuals within organisations.
• Experience outbounding and onboarding affiliates.
• Go getter / hustler mentality.
• An excellent understanding of digital data analytics.
