Job summary

Emma is seeking a focused Paid Acquisition Specialist to lead campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google App Campaigns for a subscription app. You will optimise creative outputs and scale campaigns with a data-driven approach from our London office.

You should have 2+ years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and a passion for performance marketing. This is an on-site role with a high-performance team and clear growth potential.

Qualifications

2+ years in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms, especially TikTok and Meta.
Excellent understanding of digital data analytics.

Responsibilities

Own paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns and more.
Scale high-performing creatives for a subscription app with data-driven optimization.
Monitor performance and run multiple A/B tests to iterate.
Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting; contribute to automation of campaign management.
Collaborate with marketing to align consumer communications across channels.

Responsibilities

About the role

Own the design, management, and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns and other relevant channels, with a focus on scaling high-performing creative for a subscription app.
Monitoring performance and continuously optimising campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests.
Participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development.
Ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to the automation of campaign management.
Working with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.

Who We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment, with a focus on paid social media.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, particularly the Tiktok and Meta ecosystems, with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns.
An excellent understanding of digital data analytics.
