As a Social Media Manager at Pull The Pin, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving results-oriented campaigns across various platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Head of Social in developing and executing a comprehensive Social & Content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives of both Pull The Pin and individual clients;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes;
- Provide leadership to the Social Media Executives fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative approaches;
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and shareable content across social media platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary platform, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
- Develop content calendars for clients ensuring timely and consistent posting;
- Curate an image library and assist with the creation of social media creative assets, including video editing;
Analytics and Reporting:
- Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing strategies;
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of organic social media campaigns;
- Provide insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for improvement;
ABOUT YOU
- Someone who is forward-thinking, with excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills;
- A track record in Social Media Marketing with 3+ years of agency experience;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content analytics;
- Experience working with platforms like InDesign, Canva, and CapCut;
- Native on social media trends, platform capabilities, and best practices;
- Experience across both B2B and B2C sectors;
- A positive thinker with a self-starter approach;
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking and tactical execution skills;
- Superb organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
