Sento Talent is working with a reputable full-service marketing agency to find a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

They are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help build, shape, and expand their Social Media division. This role involves working alongside the agency's Content and Creative teams to deliver outstanding campaigns for various clients.

What does the role involve?

1. Develop paid and organic social media strategies aligned with clients' marketing goals.
2. Write engaging social media copy that captures attention and drives engagement.
3. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across B2B and B2C sectors.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to bring social media ideas to life.
5. Meet with clients to understand their business and social media objectives.
6. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for measurable ROI.
7. Shape the future of the Social Media division, with opportunities for growth and team development.

What are we looking for?

1. Proven experience in creating organic and paid social media strategies.
2. Expertise in platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Previous agency experience managing multiple clients in B2B and B2C sectors.
4. A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and copywriting skills.
5. Creative flair for developing briefs for the design team.
6. Confidence in liaising with clients, presenting ideas, and reporting results.
7. A drive to think creatively and deliver campaigns that delight clients and generate ROI.

This role is based in Birmingham, with four days in the office and the option to work from home on Mondays or Fridays.
