As a Social Media Manager at Pull The Pin, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving results-oriented campaigns across various platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Head of Social in developing and executing a comprehensive Social & Content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives of both Pull The Pin and individual clients;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Provide leadership to the Social Media Executives fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative approaches.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and shareable content across social media platforms leading with Linkedin as the main platform for clients. But not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop content calendars for clients ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Curating an image library and assisting with the creation of social media creative assets along with Video editing.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Make data-driven recommendations for optimising strategies.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of organic social media campaigns.
- Provide insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in social media marketing.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimise social & content strategies and improve performance.
ABOUT YOU
- Someone who is forward thinking, with excellent communication, copywriting and creative skills;
- A track-record in Social Media Marketing and has been working in an agency environment with 3+ years of experience;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content analytics.
- Experience in working with platforms like InDesign, Cava and Capcut
- Native on social media trends, platform capabilities, best practices;
- Experience across both B2B and B2C;
- A positive thinker with a self-starter approach;
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically;
- Superb organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
