Salary: £25-27k (depending on experience)

• Experience managing professional social media accounts for clients (no, we’re not looking for someone with a thriving Instagram account who fancies having a crack at a role in Social Media).
• Overflowing with unique, creative social media ideas.
• Eager to work with a team of people to help deliver your ideas (we’re a collaborative bunch here so we’re not looking for a one-(wo)man-band).

Background and company culture

Everyone who works in her team currently has:

(Note: This role is based with our social media team in central Manchester. There will be company socials & trips where you will be asked to visit our head offices in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.)

What are we looking for from you?

We’re only interested in speaking to people whose CVs and portfolios showcase:

• Demonstrable experience of producing, scheduling and delivering social media content and ideas for a business brand/community.
• Creativity – you are brimming with unique, creative and engaging content ideas.
• Client management skills – you are comfortable in a client-facing role, you enjoy building relationships and can talk clients through what you’re doing in a clear, concise & friendly manner.

You’ll stand out if you can prove you are:

• Accurate and detail oriented. We assume you’ll put the same effort into ensuring your CV/portfolio is grammatically correct and typo-free as you put into your social content.
• A collaborator – you produce your best work working alongside creative teams, content creators and external partners.
• A lifelong learner, passionate about keeping up to date with current social trends and sharing these with the wider team.
