Job summary

Ryman is seeking a Social Media & Engagement Coordinator to grow our social presence and craft content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You’ll work with teams to turn products, launches and events into engaging content that drives customer connection and commercial results.

You’ll capture authentic brand content at stores and events, stay ahead of trends, and use insights to continually improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media, ideally with at least one year in a social media or content-focused role.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and what makes content stand out.
• Excellent copywriting skills and a natural creative flair.
• Confidence creating and editing engaging video and visual content.
• Curious, commercially aware mindset with an interest in social media and new tech.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation, handling multiple projects.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and cross-team collaboration.
• Analytical approach to turn data insights into action.

• Using gamification tools to create fun and engaging social and email campaigns.
• Working with teams across the business to deliver content that supports our wider customer and marketing plans.
• Monitoring and reporting social performance, using insights to continuously improve our content and engagement.
