THE ROLE:

We are seeking an expert Social Strategist to lead Social Strategy, Content Planning, Best Practices, Organic & Paid Social Media Principles, and possess a solid understanding of Influencer Marketing.

Client handling and management experience are essential for this role.

Key Collaborations:

This individual will work closely with the Haircare Associate, P&G Haircare Lead, and Head of Influencer. They will have connections across all P&G leads to identify social opportunities and respond to briefs. Additionally, they will oversee the S&I teams managing live social work and coordinate with the P&G Project Manager and Financial Lead.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Social & Influence Skills: Content Planning, Best Practices, Organic & Paid Principles, leveraging talent for brand content, understanding UGC/content creators and agencies.
• Client and Account Management: Skilled in client relations, managing relationships, leading agendas, calls, and action plans.
• Planning and Growth: Identifying organic growth opportunities, innovative solutions, analyzing briefs, setting strategic frameworks.
• Commercial Skills: Drafting SOWs, managing budgets, working with Project and Finance Managers.

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Deep commercial awareness and practices.

High-Level Objectives:

• Oversee planning and strategic direction for social briefs.
• Support social and influence team management.

Potential Backgrounds:

• Big creative agencies with social arms.
