The Opportunity: The agency is seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join their team. This position offers the chance to work with brands that truly care about making a difference, whilst developing your career in a supportive environment.

Role Overview: As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be a key part of the agency, joining a passionate team that thrives on creativity and excellence. You'll play an instrumental role in delivering successful projects for both new and established clients, from initial brief through to final delivery. This Senior Account Manager position is fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings in London or Hampshire when needed.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and ensuring services align with their goals
  • Project Coordination: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic plans that address client needs
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and development teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring they meet client expectations and high standards
  • Information Gathering: Ask insightful questions to collect comprehensive information needed to meet client expectations
  • Brief Delivery: Clearly communicate project requirements to the team, ensuring everyone understands the client's needs
  • Client Feedback: Run detailed Q&A sessions with clients and thoroughly check all deliverables match requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in account management within a creative or digital agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital transformation sectors beneficial
  • Understanding of agency workflows and systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
