Job summary

Superbowl UK is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive to plan and publish engaging content across our channels. You’ll craft posts, reels, and TikToks, coordinate with venue teams, and help grow bookings with timely campaigns.

You’ll monitor engagement, segment guest data for campaigns, and work with our digital agency on paid and organic content. The role emphasizes consistency, creativity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Confidence creating and editing TikToks, Reels and other short videos.
• Understanding of how content should differ across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools and sending email campaigns.
• Someone proactive, reliable and organised who can plan ahead and manage their time.
• An understanding of responsible guest data handling and marketing preferences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and schedule posts around offers, campaigns, holidays, events and business news.
• Create engaging content including TikTok, Reels, stories, short videos and behind-the-scenes updates.
• Gather photos, videos and stories with venue teams to showcase people and guest experiences.
• Create and send marketing emails to guest database using supplied artwork and copy.
• Monitor comments and messages during working hours and pass enquiries to relevant teams.
• Support organic and paid social campaigns with the digital agency.
• Review social and email results to improve engagement and bookings.
