Job summary

Become Recruitment UK in Greater Manchester is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join the in-house team on-site. You will manage day-to-day Instagram and TikTok channels, creating engaging content to grow followers, drive engagement and increase website traffic.

Responsibilities include planning campaigns, collaborating with Design/Marketing teams, working with influencers, and delivering analytics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar social media role.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Photoshop, Canva and social content production is essential.
• Excellent communication, organisation and creativity are key.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute social media content and campaigns.
• Manage and schedule content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Capture content at shoots and events using social media equipment.
• Create social assets using Photoshop and Canva.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Brand and Sales teams.
• Work with influencers and external brands on creative content.
• Ensure content reflects the correct brand tone of voice.
• Monitor social performance and provide analytics and reporting.
• Keep up to date with social trends and emerging platforms.
