The Role
As a Social Media & Content Creator Executive, you will:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the hotel's online presence.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall branding and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Handle crisis communication and guide on sensitive issues.
- Foster relationships with influencers and online communities to expand our reach.
