About the Role

We’re not just looking for someone to post content—we’re looking for a leader. Someone who lives social, gets excited about what makes things go viral, and is obsessed with shaping culture through creativity.

As our Social Media Lead, you’ll own the entire social media function—from strategy to storytelling to production. You’ll work directly with the founding team to scale our presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond, building a category-defining brand in the process.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy: Own and execute a high-impact social media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and brand love across key platforms.
• Create standout content: Plan, shoot, and edit best-in-class photo and video content that brings NOAT’s brand to life.
• Build community: Engage with our audience daily and turn followers into loyal advocates.
• Collaborate widely: Partner with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure social content aligns with company goals.
• Influence culture: Stay on the pulse of trends, creators, and internet culture—using them to keep NOAT ahead of the curve.
• Measure and optimise: Track performance, report insights, and constantly refine based on what’s working.
• Own the function: This is your stream to run—bring the energy, ideas, and leadership to grow it.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in social media strategy, management, and content creation.
• A proven track record of building and scaling social accounts organically.
• Strong creative skills across photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Premiere Pro essential; After Effects & Illustrator a plus).
• Confident operating a camera and producing both studio and lifestyle content.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and what makes content resonate.
• A sharp eye for aesthetics, brand voice, and storytelling.
• A self-starter mindset—you thrive in autonomy, move fast, and love building things from scratch.
• Flexibility and openness to travel for shoots (primarily London, Sweden, US).
