About Us

The London Football Tournament Association (LFTA) is an exciting and fast-growing grassroots sports organisation committed to providing affordable, inclusive, and high-quality football tournaments for young people across London. Our mission is to create equal opportunities, promote community spirit, and inspire the next generation of footballers.

We are now looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator to help bring our vision to life online.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Capture and edit short-form video, reels, match highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments during tournaments and events
• Work with the LFTA team to develop campaign ideas and support promotional efforts
• Monitor trends and community engagement to grow our audience and brand presence
• Help shape the voice and visual identity of LFTA across all digital channels
• Develop the website

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for students or individuals who want to progress their career and have an opportunity to showcase their skills and ability's.

• A creative individual with proven experience in social media content creation (especially sports or youth content)
• Strong video editing and design skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A passion for grassroots football, youth engagement, and social impact
• Available to attend LFTA events across London when needed

Bonus if you have:

• Experience managing paid ads and influencer partnerships
• Photography or graphic design experience
• A personal or professional portfolio of past social content
