Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in High Wycombe is recruiting an experienced Repairs Scheduler to join our social housing team. The successful candidate will coordinate operatives' diaries, book appointments with residents and ensure repairs are completed within agreed SLAs.

You will prioritise emergencies and routine repairs, monitor progress, liaise with operatives, supervisors and residents, and maintain accurate records in repairs management software, delivering a high level of customer service throughout

Qualifications

• Experience as a Repairs Scheduler in social housing.
• Understanding of responsive repairs and maintenance processes.
• Experience scheduling operatives and managing a busy workload.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate repairs and maintenance jobs to operatives and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily workloads to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time.
• Contact residents to arrange appointments and provide updates on works.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and chase progress to meet target timescales.
• Liaise with operatives, supervisors, residents and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Prioritise emergency, urgent and routine repairs appropriately.
• Update internal systems with job statuses, appointments and completion notes.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the repairs process.
