Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead site teams across social housing refurbishment projects. You will coordinate Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors, ensuring works run smoothly and to programme.

Based around Barnsley and within a 20-mile radius, you will travel between sites, report progress to the senior team, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on kitchens, bathrooms, and roofing schemes.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at work

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly.
• Travel between sites and report progress to the senior team.
• Survey and manage works within a 20-mile radius from Barnsley.
• Work on Social Housing refurbishment projects (Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance, Roofing).
