Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a seasoned Project Manager lead for Social Housing Refurbishment/ Retrofit projects around Nottingham. You will oversee Project Managers, Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth delivery and site coordination.

The role demands travel to sites within a 20-mile radius of Nottingham, reporting progress to the senior team, and delivering works across kitchens, bathrooms, EWI, windows/doors, repairs, maintenance and roofing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on housing refurbishment projects.
• Strong communication and progress reporting to senior management.
• Track record delivering on-time projects within social housing.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
• Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Nottingham.
• Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
• You'll also be involved in decarbonisation works such as Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar.
