Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting for a leadership role overseeing projects in social housing refurbishment within the Nottingham area. You will manage a team of Project Managers and Site Managers, coordinate tenants and subcontractors, and travel between sites to ensure timely progress.

The role focuses on social housing schemes, including kitchens, bathrooms, EWI, windows & doors, and roofing, with involvement in decarbonisation initiatives such as solar and ground-source heat pumps.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing refurbishment/retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs and maintenance.
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification is required.
• CSCS card and driving licence are essential for site access and travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to keep works on schedule.
• Travel to and between sites while coordinating with senior team and reporting progress.
• Surveying within roughly a 20-mile radius from Nottingham to oversee works.
• Lead on social housing schemes including Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
• Involvement in decarbonisation tasks such as Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar installations.
