Job summary

Build Recruitment are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join a reactive maintenance team in North West London. You will perform plastering repairs across social housing and council properties, delivering high workmanship in occupied homes and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include repairs, patching, skimming, surface prep, and first-time fixes. The role offers a permanent contract, overtime and call-out opportunities, a company van and fuel card, and a robust benefits

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plastering would be advantageous, though strong practical experience considered.
Experience working in social housing or domestic repairs preferred.
Comfortable working in occupied homes and communicating with tenants.

Responsibilities

Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance across social housing and council properties.
Patch and repair damaged plaster; skim walls and ceilings.
Prepare surfaces and finish coats; ensure first-time fixes where possible.
Maintain safe, clean, and tidy work areas; provide good customer service to tenants.
