Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or property services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance appointments.
• Allocate jobs to operatives based on location, skills and availability.
• Maintain and update the repairs scheduling system.
• Liaise with residents to arrange suitable appointments.
• Communicate with operatives to manage workloads and changes.
• Monitor repairs progress and ensure timely completion.
• Escalate issues impacting service delivery; provide admin support.
