Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out domestic maintenance tasks within occupied and void social housing properties in Eastleigh and surrounding areas.

You will perform full painting and decorating works, receive and complete jobs via a PDA device, and work safely in line with Health & Safety standards. A valid UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant painting & decorating qualifications (e.g., NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in social housing (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
