Job summary

SBHA is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to deliver painting and decorating across our housing stock, carrying out repairs, maintenance, cyclical works and upgrades.

You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, adhering to health and safety standards, meeting agreed timescales and delivering a high-quality service to tenants. A City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent, time-served status, and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
• Time-served Painter and Decorator.
• All-round skills in the trade.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Complete duties to a high-quality standard with minimal disruption.
