Job summary

WPS in Birmingham seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver aids and adaptations across occupied social housing properties in the region. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while coordinating with clients, residents, and supply-chain partners.

The role requires leading multiple projects, managing a 4–6 person operational team, and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• SMSTS (preferred)
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of aids and adaptations projects across North and South Birmingham.
• Manage a team of approximately 4-6 operational staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents.
• Monitor quality standards and drive excellent customer outcomes.
