Job summary

Manza is seeking a talented Copywriter to lead content across multiple channels, blending creativity with strategy. You’ll shape brand messaging, work with clients and internal teams, and deliver persuasive copy for ads, social, websites, and emails.

You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced studio with hybrid working and flexible hours. The role offers opportunities to mentor juniors and develop a distinctive voice for our clients while maintaining high creative standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in copywriting, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong storytelling with the ability to write persuasively and concisely.
• Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience working on multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take (and give) feedback constructively.
• Portfolio of work is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead copy direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Write across formats—ads, social media, websites, email, and long-form content.
• Develop brand tone of voice for clients, aligning messaging with their mission.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and clients to refine content strategies.
• Present ideas confidently, guiding clients on messaging when required.
