About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful podcast moments, using AI tools to clip and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential to create engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social platforms.
  • Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they align with the podcast’s tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization – Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating attractive titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation – Create and manage high-quality visual and video content using AI tools, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Content scheduling and delivery – Schedule and upload content across platforms in accordance with the marketing calendar and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring and engaging copy, ensuring a consistent tone that reflects each podcast’s values.
  • Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting – Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Successful track record managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with increased views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Deep knowledge of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills, with a mindset geared toward experimentation and learning.
  • Adaptability to changing deadlines and content priorities.
