Job summary

Boots is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist for TikTok Shop to drive our social commerce strategy. You will connect social content, creators, and affiliates to boost Boots' presence on TikTok and convert engagement into commercial results.

The role focuses on building a native TikTok Shop calendar, guiding creators, and ensuring alignment with Boots' social strategy. Travel flexibility between major UK cities may apply as part of collaborative efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and what makes content successful on the platform.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Strong communication and briefing skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a test-and-learn approach.

As a Social Commerce Specialist for TikTok Shop, you will play a crucial role in driving Boots' social commerce strategy. You will connect social content, creators, and affiliates to enhance our presence on TikTok, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into commercial success.
