Responsibilities

• Undertake strengths-based assessments and deliver person-centred support and outcomes for people with care and support needs.
• Work under supervision for designated case-work; transfer to a qualified practitioner if cases become more complex.
• Promote independence and help individuals/groups maximise their strengths.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve better outcomes for people of Cumbria.
• Represent Cumberland Council in developing and delivering modern, competitive services for the community.
