  • I joined the team as an agency worker for a 6-month contract, and 5 yrs. later I am still here on a permanent contract working with an amazing team, who are supportive of one another. We also have a supportive team manager and ASWP’s.” who have helped me grow as a social care worker, my knowledge and experience are appreciated and recognised.
  • My time at Worcester area team has been a fantastic and positive experience. It has been a privilege to have been part of such a strong and supportive team environment. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of diverse caseloads which has provided me with real insight and experience into the deliverance of excellent social work practice.
  • Being part of this team has contributed positively to the quality and consistency of the services that we can deliver. Furthermore, most importantly being part of this positive team environment has helped me flourish and excel in my role which has been crucial in my learning and development.
This is a compliment for one of the team:

I just wanted to feedback to the manager of *** in your team.

I am the main carer for my wife your worker has been so helpful and really on the ball ever since being in contact with her. I have been informed about every step of the process and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service me and my wife has received so far.

As the main carer for my wife, I have struggled for many months but since being in contact everything has happened so fast, it is really re-assuring.
