The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join a dedicated and supportive team with a strong commitment to strength-based practice. We are seeking a positive, motivated professional who is passionate about working collaboratively with people to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex cases and will demonstrate a high level of competence in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will have extensive knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act, together with the confidence to apply legislation effectively within practice.

We are committed to supporting your continued professional development through a range of training and CPD opportunities provided by our Social Work Academy. We are a friendly, welcoming, and highly supportive team that promotes a positive culture and a strong learning environment. This includes reflective practice sessions, weekly team huddles for both office-based and remote workers, and regular opportunities for shared learning and professional discussion.

You will receive monthly supervision, ongoing training, and a wide range of professional development opportunities within a warm and inclusive environment where staff feel valued, respected, and supported.

We look forward to welcoming a new colleague to our innovative, supportive, and committed team.
