Job summary

Key is a leading social care organisation that provides high quality, flexible support to people with disabilities across Scotland. We are seeking a highly motivated Team Manager to join our Dumbarton team and help deliver personalised, outcomes-focused care.

You will lead a dedicated team of support workers, coordinating Self-Directed Support plans and maintaining a direct connection to the impact of your work. The role includes evening and weekend work to support local managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care with leadership qualities.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Commitment to personalised, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of support workers to provide tailored assistance.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor support services via Self-Directed Support.
• Provide some direct support to individuals and engage with local managers and workers outside normal hours.
• Support the delivery of positive outcomes and empower individuals and teams.
