Job summary

Sense Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to oversee day-to-day leadership across two supported living services in Dundee. You will coach staff on shift and provide dedicated office time for supervision and practical support to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will help staff develop confidence and practice, review support packages, and work with families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Flexible shift patterns apply.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 6 in Social Services and Health Care (or above).
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
• No visa sponsorship available for vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote person-centred practice.
• Coach, support and develop staff within their roles.
• Provide formal and informal supervision and practice support.
• Help teams review individual support packages.
• Ensure proactive, responsive and outcomes-focused support.
• Collaborate with families, Welfare Guardians and other professionals.
• Support the day-to-day running of the service.
• Work across two services to support 11 adults.
