Job summary

Sense Scotland is seeking a Team Leader in Dundee to guide and support staff across the Tullideph and Walton Mill services, helping 11 adults live independently in their own homes. This is a full-time, on-site role that emphasises compassionate leadership and person-centred care.

The successful candidate will coach teams, develop staff confidence and ensure services are responsive and outcomes-focused, working closely with families and professionals to support goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or progression to a leadership role preferred.
• Strong people skills with ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver high-quality support.
• Coach, mentor and supervise colleagues.
• Support review and development of individual support plans.
• Collaborate with families, guardians and professionals.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day operation of the services.
