Job summary

Creative Support Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Manager in Blackpool to oversee our portfolio of social care services. You will work with the Service Manager and be jointly responsible for maintaining an overview of all services, leading a team of Team Leaders and senior staff, and contributing to service development across the region.

• Experience managing social care services for people with learning disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of CQC quality standards and safeguarding.
• Ability to lead a team, provide supervision and practical guidance.
• Excellent communication with families, advocates and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee current services in Blackpool and maintain service provision.
• Lead Team Leaders and senior staff; drive service development.
• Manage staff rotas and deployment; flexible hours incl. evenings/weekends.
• Engage in person-centred reviews with service users.
