Job summary

Northumberland County Council's Social Care Training Team is seeking a Learning and Development Practitioner to design, coordinate and deliver high-quality learning opportunities across adults and children's services. This permanent, full-time role supports both statutory and professional development programmes to strengthen practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning and development environment.
• Ability to facilitate learning with diverse audiences.
• Experience in social work or social care direct practice is welcomed.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and collaborative working skills.
