Digitas UK is seeking a proactive Social Content Assistant to join the UK team, supporting a global automotive client across paid and owned channels. You will craft, schedule and publish original social content while helping drive community management and content planning in collaboration with the Account Team.

You will learn all aspects of social media under guidance, work with passionate creatives, and grow your career in a fast-paced, agency environment.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join the UK team, supporting a global automotive client to become better connected across paid and owned channels, accelerating brand and market performance, while putting the customer at the center.

Collective is the combined Publicis team providing a seamless service. In the UK, the team is made up of Starcom and Digitas, and the remit for Digitas covers digital display, social, website and CRM.

What we’re looking for:

You will work with the Account Manager and wider team to create, schedule, and publish original social content. You will drive the various automotive brands community management, support with content planning and work closely with the wider Account Team team on strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage content posting and scheduling for local automotive brands.
• Work with the wider team on the creation of content, campaigns, and strategy for all social platforms.
• Own the community management for automotive brands, including regular check ins on social platforms and responding to follower engagement, helping to build an authentic consumer experience.
• Client relationship management, manage day-to-day stakeholder communication, run regular status calls and manage local content alignment and approvals
• Analyse social metrics and insights on a weekly and monthly basis to inform strategic content planning and brainstorm sessions.

Qualifications

You will need to have a passion for social media and developing a career in account management, be a keen and motivated learner, and be willing to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You will have the opportunity to learn all things social media through training and development courses, and work with some passionate creative people.
