Job summary

Digitas UK is seeking a proactive Social Content Assistant to join the UK team, supporting a global automotive client across paid and owned channels. You will craft, schedule and publish original social content while helping drive community management and content planning in collaboration with the Account Team.

You will learn all aspects of social media under guidance, work with passionate creatives, and grow your career in a fast-paced, agency environment.

Qualifications

• A keen interest to work in marketing and social media.
• A passion for writing and a natural flair for creativity.
• Be a confident, articulate team player able to understand complex issues quickly with an immaculate attention to detail.
• Have a passion for digital and social media with a basic knowledge of all mainstream social networks

Responsibilities

• Manage content posting and scheduling for local automotive brands.
• Work with the wider team on the creation of content, campaigns, and strategy for all social platforms.
• Own community management for automotive brands, including regular check-ins on social platforms and responding to follower engagement.
• Client relationship management, stakeholder communication, regular status calls, and local content alignment and approvals.
• Analyze social metrics and insights on a weekly and monthly basis to inform strategic content planning and brainstorm sessions.
