We have a fantastic opportunity within our London Construction business for an ambitious and talented Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of passionate and dedicated construction professionals.

We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.

Experience of working on educational, healthcare, leisure or residential schemes between £5 and £30 million in an urban environment is an advantage.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion.
2. Deliver work that meets project requirements.
3. Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support.
4. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements

Already experienced as a Project Manager, you will ideally have experience of working on both parts of two-stage tenders. Knowledge of JCT, NEC contracts, and government frameworks will be an advantage. You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level, or be professionally qualified in a relevant technical discipline. You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects. You will also have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
