Responsibilities

1. Support stability data updates in the Compounding system for new and existing finished products.
2. Support the Clinical Trial setup process in Compounding systems.
3. Provide subject matter expertise in defining Mercury/BOLT user requirements.
4. Support and rollout of new version upgrades to Mercury/BOLT user sites in the UK and Ireland.
5. Support user acceptance testing for new Mercury/BOLT versions.
6. Maintain system records according to document retention procedures.
7. Manage Mercury Database changes, ensuring data updates are timely and accurate.
8. Accountable for setting up Clinical Trial products.
9. Ensure sufficient resources are available for Mercury testing during program changes.
10. Support business reports using Mercury data.
11. Support the vision and direction of the UK/Ireland compounding business.
12. Travel within the UK/Ireland cluster as needed, with a site-based presence of 3 days per week.
