Job summary

Hydrosave (UK) Ltd is seeking a Smart Water Services Field Technician to join our field-based team in Ipswich. You will install data logging devices on the water network, supporting leakage reduction, modelling and water usage analysis.

You will work independently, manage your time effectively and uphold high safety standards. Full training will be provided along with a company vehicle, fuel card, tools and PPE.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Consent to and pass a CRB check.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good planning and organisational ability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain water sensors to record acoustics, pressure and flow.
• Use specialist equipment for data collection and field tasks.
• Accurately complete timesheets, survey forms and leakage reports.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and fellow technicians.
• Report accidents, incidents and near misses within required timeframes.
