Job summary

Hydrosave UK Limited is seeking a Smart Water Services Field Technician (FTC) to join our growing Water Services division. The role will be field-based, working primarily outdoors to install and maintain water sensors that record acoustics, pressure and flow.

You will use specialist equipment, complete timesheets and reports, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while collaborating with Team Leaders and other technicians. Full training, a company vehicle, and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Consent to and pass a CRB check.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good planning and organisational ability.
• Decisive and confident decision-making.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft package for data recording.
• Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of water sensors used to record acoustics, pressure and flow.
• Use of specialist equipment.
• Accurately complete timesheets, survey forms, and leakage reports.
• Take full responsibility for Health & Safety compliance.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and fellow technicians.
• Report accidents, incidents, and near misses within required timeframes.
• Adhere to company vehicle safety processes and complete daily vehicle checks.
• Demonstrate company values and professional behaviours at all times.
