Group 1 Automotive is recruiting a Smart Repair Technician for Toyota North Nottingham. In our busy bodyshop you’ll deliver high-quality cosmetic repairs and help keep vehicles in top condition, working with a supportive team across sites and brands.

You’ll be supported by ongoing training and a values-driven culture as part of a global automotive group, with great benefits and flexible working options to help you balance work and life.

Formación

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Motor Industry experience is essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to meet strict timescales with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing vehicles to a high standard.
• Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process.
• Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
