Job summary

Finlay Jude Associates Ltd are recruiting for Smart Meter Technicians to install and exchange smart water meters across the Bristol area. The role includes using a tablet to upload data, and working on utilities projects with a company vehicle provided. No prior experience is required as full training is supplied.

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week) with start date immediate. You will work locally, often across urban/suburban environments, and may need to travel within

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A reasonably clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Must be located within commutable distance to Bath (accommodation not provided).

Responsibilities

• Install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties.
• Upload data using provided tablet and software.
• Support the team on various projects and installations.
• Undertake water network surveys and installations.
• Deliver small projects and packages of work independently in urban/suburban areas.

Overview:
Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the utilities sector forSmart Meter Technicians. No prior experience is necessary full training, equipment, and a company vehicle will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the utilities sector. Youll be working across the local water network installing and exchanging smart water meters and uploading data via a company-issued tablet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties
• Upload data using provided tablet and software
• Supporting the team on a variety of different projects and initiatives. Undertaking water network surveys and installations.
• Responsibility for the successful delivery of small projects and packages of work.
• Working independently as a single person unit within urban/suburban environments
